Alexa Mears is a Utah native. Early in her time at Utah State University (go Aggies!), she spent a summer working at a nursery. She fell in love with the flowers, shrubs, and trees, so she switched majors to pursue a career in landscape design. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Residential Landscape Design and Construction, a minor in Landscape Architecture, and an associate degree in Ornamental Horticulture from USU.

With years of experience designing residential landscapes large and small, Alexa is passionate about crafting personally tailored landscapes that enhance and integrate with the way her clients live.

Outside of designing landscapes, Alexa’s life is centered on her family. She and her husband love golfing together, when they are not busy having adventures with their two little boys.
