To pool or not to pool, that is a question we work through with many clients. Would a pool fit on their property? Would it leave enough room for other must-have amenities? What are the options if the budget means putting off the pool for a few years, but the rest of a functional and beautiful landscape can be installed right away?

For this project, we designed a lovely backyard with a gorgeous outdoor dining area and lots of room for big gatherings and games, which could serve as the first phase. Phase two would remove the central lawn and replace it with a pool and hot tub. We also worked up a version with a sports court.
